with FunPhoto4U.com, like your e-mail address, you
are providing it to our sponsoring client for the
event you attended in exchange for your courtesy photo.
FunPhoto4U.com does not provide such information to
any other third parties and strictly forbids any other
third parties the use of your e-mail address or any
other identifiable personal information for the purposes
of sending unsolicited e-mail commonly referred to
as Spam. FunPhoto4U.com uses information collected
for Web site statistics only to share with it’s
sponsoring clients only. FunPhoto4U.com does not set
the privacy policies of its clients and/or sponsors
and in exchange for your courtesy photo, the sponsoring
client may use your e-mail address for future marketing
and promotion purposes of their products, services,
and/or future events only.
Children are advised to ask for permission
before sending any personal information using the
Internet, to FunPhoto4U.com, or anyone else. FunPhoto4U.com
does not collect or maintain information about children.
All and any future privacy policy
changes will be posted here on the FunPhoto4U.com
Web site.
PHOTO USE
Event photo(s) are accessible for viewing and download
by visiting the FunPhoto4U.com Web site and entering
the Photo number received at each respective event.
Upon request, event photo(s) are shared with the event
sponsoring client(s) only. Our client(s), sponsor(s),
and/or FunPhoto4U.com may use your photo for promotional
and/or marketing purposes only. In exchange for using
the service, you grant our sponsoring client(s) and/or
FunPhoto4U.com the right to use your image and likeness
in any manner for marketing and promotional purposes
only.
PHOTO SECURITY
All FunPhoto4U.com photos are retained in a secure
data center and may be archived. Event photos are
accessible only on the FunPhoto4U.com or sponsoring
client web site.
FunPhoto4U.com does not warrant that
you are protected from the careless, irresponsible,
or intentional actions of third parties. If you desire
to not have your photo accessible via the FunPhoto4U.com
Web site, request it is removed by writing to FunPhoto4U.com
at support@funphoto4u.com. Make sure to include the
name of the event you attended, date(s) of event,
and your photo number.
COPYRIGHT
FunPhoto4U.com services including photographs, text,
graphics, video, and audio content is protected by
specific copyright laws of the United States and other
countries. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute,
publish, enter into a database, display, perform,
modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any
way exploit any part of the FunPhoto4U.com service
or web site.
LIMITED WARRANTY
FunPhoto4U.com service is provided “as is”
and without warranty. We do not warrant the FunPhoto4U.com
service will be uninterrupted or error free. FunPhoto4U.com
does not make any warranties, express or implied,
including without limitation, those of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect
to the FunPhoto4U.com service or any information or
goods that are available or advertised or sold through
the FunPhoto4U.com service.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
CompBiz, Inc. dba FunPhoto4U.com, its officers, directors,
shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents,
clients, sponsors, or licensors are not liable for
incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive,
or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues
or profits, loss of business or loss of data, in any
way related to the FunPhoto4U.com service or for any
claim, loss, or injury based on errors, omissions,
interruptions, or other inaccuracies in the FunPhoto4U.com
service. Any claim against FunPhoto4U.com shall be
limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the use
of the FunPhoto4U.com service.
CHOICE OF LAWS
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
state of Florida venue Seminole or Orange County per
the discretion of CompBiz, Inc. By continuing to use
the FunPhoto4U.com service, you agree to abide by
all of its terms.
